At whatever cost, even if it means taking someone’s life, President Félix Tshisekedi is determined to stay in power.
The assassination of Cherubin Okende, spokesperson for opposition Moise Katumbi, is a despicable act of desperation by those in power.
This morning, we remind that as they plot to kill their opponents, they must remember they, too, have a life.
And before you take someone’s life, remember that they have those who look up to them.
Okende was first a family man before he was a politician and a political party member.
The same God they claim to worship is a just God. Nothing lasts forever on this earth of men.
Tshisekedi will pay the price for failing to protect a political opponent.
