The people of the Democratic Republic of Congo have plunged into a quandary of doubt after incompetent president Félix Tshisekedi said he would safeguard the sacred clauses of the Constitution which he intends to change or revise.
Tshisekedi has announced his decision and determination to revise or change the constitution entirely but without stating his main reasons behind this mission.
During an interview on Thursday evening in Kalemie of Tanganyika Province, Tshisekedi told members of the civil society that the constitutional revision that he is considering will not call into question the “locked articles” of the 2006 Constitution.
However, the civil society and the rest of the Congolese population still remain in doubt about how Tshisekedi who has failed to keep any of his promises during his six-year reign would not hold them at ransom after revising the Constitution.
