Democratic Republic of Congo’s impostor president Félix Tshisekedi was unable to officially announce his ambition to change the Constitution before the nation’s Senate.
Tshisekedi rather deviated and was hesitant, groping and almost without setting a clear position on the topic revision, change, modification of the Constitution.
Suddenly at the end of his speech, Tshisekedi opted to suggest the concept of “reforms” in an unusual calm tone this time.
He even called for the cohesion of the social and political forces of the Republic, to together achieve the said reforms.
Tshisekedi’s proposal to change the Constitution has been strongly denounced by majority of the Congolese population and the incompetent leader may just give up on his ill-advised undertaking.
