MESSAGE TO TSHISEKEDI: You Paid; But You’re Still Going

President Félix Tshisekedi thought paying for soccer fans to watch the Democratic Republic of Congo defeat Sudan last night was a good way of campaign.

He is mistaken. The message and the resolve from the people is very clear.

“Even if you paid for the ticket, you’re going,” come December 20, 2023 when Congolese go to vote for the next president.
