After visiting Dilolo earlier in the morning, lead opposition Ensemble Pour la Republique leader Moïse Katumbi stretched his party revitalization tour to Kapanga territory in Lualaba Province where he has been treated to an overwhelming reception.
Katumbi on his party mobilization tour of several areas in the country has pulled massive crowds and Kapanga territory was no exception as scores of residents of the town situated on the north of the DRC.
It was Katumbi’s first visit of the Kapanga territory since 2014 when he commissioned an electricity project which he had fully funded.
Katumbi met the highly agog crowd at the Grand Plaza Pibur where he once again delivered his message and assurance to bring solutions to alleviate the various problems by people in the area.
With less than 90 days to go before the 2023 Presidential Elections, Katumbi comes as a hot threat to incumbent Fèlix Tshisekedi’s re-election in the December billed polls.
Katumbi is set to continue his tour of the nation with the city of Lualaba’s provincial capital Kolwezi next up for the incoming President.
