KALABA RETURNS HOME: Mazembe Legend Pays Moïse Katumbi Visit After Surviving Road Mishap

TP Mazembe and Zambian football legend Rainford Kalaba has returned to Lubumbashi for the first time after cheating death miraculously earlier this year in a fatal road crash.

On Tuesday, Kalaba paid the Mazembe boss Moïse Katumbi a surprise visit at his private residence in Lubumbashi’s Lofoï on his return to the DR Congo.

During his visit, Kalaba expressed his gratitude to the Mazembe boss for his material and moral support during the time he was hospitalized after the unfortunate road traffic accident in Lusaka.

Kalaba was last April involved in a tragic road traffic accident which claimed the life of one, near Lusaka and while was rushed to the hospital and admitted into the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and miraculously recovered just a few days later.

Mazembe boss Moïse Katumbi flew into the Zambian capital to pay Kalaba a visit while he was in hospital.
