Minister of Justice Constant Mutamba has made a trip to Lubumbashi as his imposter president Felix Tshisekedi schemes to imprison and silence opposition leader Moise Katumbi.
Mutamba arrived on Sunday afternoon in Lubumbashi in Haut-Katanga Province, the Democratic Republic of Congo.
Tshisekedi has couched a plan to frame Katumbi on tramped up charges of organizing an incursion the reason he is allegedly rehabilitating an airstrip in Mulonde in the Pweto region.
Upon landing at Luano airport, Mutamba was received by a delegation from the political and administrative authorities of the province led by the Provincial Minister of Gender, Family and Children Valerian Mumba Kiboko.
Several activities are lined up during Mutamba’s stay in Lubumbashi.
He is expected to order the release of some prisoners to appease the population as was at Makala Central Prison in Kinshasa.
But this first time visit by Mutamba since his appointment is part of the scheme to set a judicial trap against Katumbi.
