Opposition Ensemble Pour la Republique President Moïse Katumbi’s home in Lubumbashi has become a centre for critical high level discussions with the international community over the past few months.
Katumbi has in the last two months engaged with several important delegations from international organizations including the United Nations (UN) and the European Union (EU) as well as Ambassadors from a number of countries.
On Friday, the UN representative for Agriculture and Nutrition Agencies Jeffrey Prescott and his delegation paid a courtesy call on Katumbi at his private residence in Lofoï avenue of Lubumbashi.
Prescott and his delegation had visited the former Haut-Katanga Governor to discuss matters relating to the improvement of agriculture in Katanga region.
Katumbi laid several agricultural programs using his own personal resources as he aims to effectively combat malnutrition in the province that has been neglected by its government.
