Celebrated and multi-award winning Congolese music star Fally Ipupa is set to collaborate with French singer Matt Pokora on track “Chez toi, chez moi” which will be the theme song for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
In an announcement made on Instagram, Matt Pokora revealed that the song will be available on all music streaming platforms on Friday, 10th April 2024.
The song is intended to welcome the hundreds athletes and visitors from all over the world that will attend the biggest sporting event on the planet.
Fally Ipupa and Matt Pokora are also expected to perform the opening ceremony for the event which will be the first in the history of the games to be hosted outside a stadium as it will be held in heart of Paris along its main artery: the Seine.
Meanwhile, it is not the first time the duo will be collaborating having also teamed up to record 2022 hit titled “Juste un fois” taken from Fally Ipupa’s “Tokooos II” album.
The Summer Games which will have 10,500 participating athletes and more than a million visitors, will take place from Friday 26 July 2024 through to Sunday, 11 August 2024 respectively.
