With six months before the Democratic Republic of Congo goes to the polls, CENI is sending an alert button for funding announcing it has fallen behind by $100 million.

CENI has announced its operations are stretched and need funding.
It has asked the government to cushion its operation with an injection of $100 million for its operations to go on smoothly.
It’s unclear when the government will disburse funding or whether such funding is available.
