The DRC government has failed to pay teachers their $17 dollar monthly salary forcing about 600, 000 teachers to stay away.
Imposter president Felix Tshisekedi was expected to raise raise $10.2 million to pay $17 each of the 600,000 teachers.
But he has failed. And now children are forced to stay home.
Meanwhile, Tshisekedi is unconcerned with that situation and goes to China with a huge delegation costing the treasury thousands if not millions of dollars.
The head of state is accompanied to China by about 200 people who need such services as tickets, visas, housing, food, mission expenses.
